R&D

With in-house testing and development, we evaluate your designs, material specifications, and processes to bring your products to market. Our lab offers comprehensive testing, including impact, 3-point, torsion, compression, cyclical, and submerged cyclical assessments.

We ensure your designs meet ASTM and Mil-Spec requirements, and support the development of molds for photo-catalysis in pultrusion, LRTM, and vacuum injection molding.

Our team customizes nano-technology specifications and creates tailored mat material weaves to meet the exact needs of your application.

HÔLTEK Materials

Our focus on Bio materials for composites are not just driven by environmental concerns. They actually work better than synthetic composites for many reasons. The primary benefit is that natural fibers actually absorb the resins and G3.

RESINS

Bio resins replace harmful petroleum with natural oils like palm and flax seed. This lowers VOCs and reduces harmful carcinogenics as materials deteriorate into micro plastics. This does not reduce strength or other key functions of your binder.

Photo-Catalyzed resins eliminate the challenges of gelling or pot life in your processes. Now you can hold the resin indefinitely fluid to achieve complete saturation into your fibers for ultimate strength and eliminating any chance of partial cures and entrapped air pockets. This also eliminates the need for autoclaves to achieve complete cure. Now you can set the cure rate as needed to manage production speed and exothermic response.

G3 dispersed nano tech graphene by Levidian is the highest purity graphene at 99.9999% pure. Their process of graphene production doe not use chemical or physical exfoliation but separates the pure carbon molecule from natural gas giving us the strongest form of crystalline carbon available.

MATS AND FILLERS

Our blend of plant fibers bring strength, flexibility, and resin absorption to your fillers. The days of expensive carbon fiber and caustic fiberglass are over. No more slivers and harmful fibers while you are working. Glass and CF can not absorb resin. They are technically encapsulated so there is no good mechanical or chemical bonds. When our resins are infused it is absorbed into the individual fibers for the ultimate strength. We can custom blend and weave for your desired outcome. By blending multiple fiber types we overcome the normal inconsistencies found in bio fiber composites. Overlapping fibers create the strongest strands available today.

Whether your production needs are large or small, we can scale to meet your requirements. With in-house capabilities for pultrusion, light resin transfer molding (LRTM), and vacuum injection molding, we manage the entire process for you — from mold creation to finished products.

Focus on your business, and let us handle the rest.
